NYC: Pop Up Yoga + Silent Dinner

NYC: Pop Up Yoga + Silent Dinner

Having holiday anxiety on top of your everyday anxiety? Good! I’m not alone! Pop Up Yoga NYCEAT and Imagination in Space have the answer though, and are putting together the most meditative pop up New York City’s ever seen, posed, eaten. Monday, December 16 at 7:30pm, you’re invited to a peaceful evening of yoga, prosecco and dinner at Nicholas Nauman’s EAT. Pop Up Yoga NYC Founder Angelica Olstad will lead a 60-minute open level yoga class, then while the room transitions from yoga to dinner, you’ll be treated to complimentary prosecco. At 8:45, Nauman will serve a prix-fixe three-course vegetarian dinner in complete silence. No phones, no chatter, just the company of 18 chill New Yorkers taking a much-needed break from the holiday season.

To secure your spot email:
Yoga, prosecco and dinner is an uber good deal at $40. BYOM (mat) and BYOB (beer/wine/sake).
EAT Greenpoint – 124 Meserole St. just north of the Nassau Ave G stop.

Read more about the EAT experience in The Wall Street Journal and The Guardian.
