Why does it take me to another page when I go to check out?

After you have chosen your products and added them to your bag, you will be directed to PayPal.com where you can review your order and check out. You will then view your payment confirmation, and be directed back to Serial Optimist.


Do I have to have a PayPal account to place an order?

No. If you do, then great, you can use your PayPal account to place the order. If you don’t, no worries, you don’t need to sign up for one. You can simply pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, and know your order is being placed securely.

Is tax added on to the order?

If you live in the state of Texas, then the standard tax will automatically be added on to your order. If you live out of the state of Texas, no tax is necessary.


How do I know my order is secure?

PayPal is one of the most trusted and secure streamlined checkout options in the world. None of your sensitive financial details will be shared, and you can be assured your order is protected.


What are the shipping options?

We give you FREE shipping with UPS within the United States. For outside of the U.S. it's $25 for orders under $75 and $35 for orders over $75.


How long should I expect for my order to arrive?

It really depends on where you are located. 5-7 business days is pretty standard. You will receive a tracking number with your order so you can track where it is at any given time.


What if I want a refund?

If something is damaged with the shirt or product, we will absolutely refund you or replace it. We have a 10-day refund policy from when you have received the item. If it’s something as simple as the size is wrong, just send it back and we will replace it with the correct size. Always feel free to email or call us if anything is wrong with the order, and we will make sure we make it right, and that you’re never on hold!

Can I place a wholesale order with you for my store, boutique, etc?

Each shirt fits differently. Please refer to the description on each shirt for details on fit.


Where are the shirts made?

All of the Serial Optimist clothing line is made, created, and produced in the United States.
